This is my blog: no frills, no girly backgrounds, no cute. Just me and my thoughts...and a little bit of writing.

Help Me!
I'm thinking about doing some overhaul on my blog over Spring Break. What would you like to see changed? kept? added? destroyed? Please give me suggestions. Thanks, and may the Force be with you.
Joe, I can't actually post the html here, because it won't let me use html code on comments, but, if you surround each line of text with
div align=center TEXT /div
it will center your text for you. You need to enclose each html tag with triangle brackets <>. Good luck!!!
Whenever I don't remember how to do something in html, I just search online, and it's usually easy to find.
You have to remember that even though what you are writing on your blog looks like word processing, it is actually html code.
I love your blog just the way it is, but if you wanted it to be uber-fantastic, you could add some bling--you know, videos, pictures, etc. But, beware. That's what I do with all of my blogs (currently authoring six), and adding all the bling takes a lot of time.
I think I'll post a little writing every so often...some polished...some rough. And I welcome any comments or criticisms or cupcakes you care to throw my way.

The word TEXT isn't part of the html code, BTW; it is just there to demonstrate.
ReplyDeletediv align=center
is the first html tag that goes before the text and
/div
is the html tag that follows the text.
Each of these tags needs to be surrounded by <> triangle brackets to make it work.
Keep your writing coming. I love reading it. It keeps me going and smiling.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Denee, for the tip. Now I can center my diamante. Woo-hoo!
